We are seeking an attorney with 4 or more years of real estate or related transactional law experience. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of real estate and/or a background in accounting or finance is ideal, but not required. Representative experience would include:

• Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents
• Real estate financing transactions
• Commercial lease transactions
• Zoning, land use, and condominiums
