Saul Ewing is currently seeking two exceptional mid-level associates or patent agents, one in chemistry and one in life sciences, to join the firm's growing intellectual property practice in the Boston office. The successful candidates will have 3 - 5 years in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches. Life science candidates should have at least a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in molecular biology, immunology, or a related discipline. Chemistry candidates should have at least a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in organic chemistry. Industry experience would be a plus. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, and be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Attorneys or agents are welcome to apply.
