The Energy & Environmental Group seeks an associate with four plus years of corporate, commercial and transactional experience to work on physical commodities trading transactions, principally involving crude oil, refined petroleum products, NGLs and alternative fuels. Candidate should have excellent corporate and organizational skills and be able to handle multiple and large transactions, as well as counseling. Prior commodity trading or energy transactions experience strongly preferred but not essential if candidate has experience with energy derivatives. Must be confident, able to quickly assume responsibility for matters and client savvy. Candidate should have excellent academic record, strong drafting and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
