Our practice focuses on representing and advising public and private companies and executives with regard to employment laws, executive compensation, and restrictive covenants, and involves a blend of counseling, transactional work, and litigation. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class from a first tier law school), strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills and five + years of related experience
