As a part of the continuing growth of its business practice, Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has an opening for a tax associate in our Research Triangle office. The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years of experience, and will principally support investment fund, joint venture, and separate account work (including in particular timber and real estate funds). The job will entail tax and transactional work. Fundamental knowledge of the principles of partnership tax is required, with international tax knowledge being helpful.
