Job Description:Cooley LLP is looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 7 + years of experience with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate/securities representation looking to focus predominantly on Mergers & Acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, managed client relationships, supervised junior associates, handled the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs, and have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. The attorney may be resident in either the Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
