Chapman and Cutler LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join the Banking and Financial Services department in our San Francisco office. The successful candidate must have 3-5 years of transactional experience (preferably finance focused) and will be comfortable working in a team as well as independently managing substantial components of transactions, which will include the following:

• Representation of banks in middle market lending transactions.
• A range of complex commercial lending transactions, including syndicated lending, secured and unsecured bank lending, credit enhancement and restructurings.
• Other debt finance, structured finance and lease finance.

The successful candidate will be a member of the State Bar of California.
