Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Mid-level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in its New York, Philadelphia or Princeton Office. A Chemical Engineering degree is a must. Candidates must also have significant ANDA litigation experience, including, but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, expert reports, taking and defending fact and expert depositions and assisting at trial.
