The Foreclosure practice is seeking an experienced Paralegal to prepare, for attorney review, all pleadings and papers relating to foreclosure matters. The Paralegal will have substantial interaction with clients, courts and counsel regarding progression of matters and critical issues. Paralegal will effectively manage workflow and supervise clerical support. BS/BA required with a paralegal certificate a plus. Knowledge of foreclosures including reading title, drafting pleadings including summons and complaint and notice of pendency.
