The Banking & Financial Services Practice Group seeks to hire an Associate with a minimum of 5 years of secured financial transactions and/or commercial real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents (i.e., loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements) and collecting and reviewing due diligence. Superior client skills, leadership and decision making abilities are essential.
