Our Brands & Creations Practice Group, Trademark Prosecution Team is seeking to hire an experienced Staff Attorney to join our Washington, D.C. office. The ideal
candidate will have at least three years of experience in all stages of trademark prosecution, as well as experience in managing international trademark portfolios and handling early stages of trademark enforcement actions. It is preferred that the candidate will also be knowledgeable of copyright laws, including experience with registration of copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, be a self-starter with a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
