Our Tax Credit Finance & Syndication Group, Low Income Housing Tax Credits Team is seeking to hire an associate to join our Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of low income housing tax credits
experience. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, be a self starter with a commitment to
excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nixon Peabody attorneys helped shape the legislation that created the affordable housing tax credit and its underlying structures, and we have contributed to every major federal housing program since 1970. Our knowledge of the transactional, regulatory, and legislative history of the LIHTC program helps us solve both familiar and uncommon problems associated with it.
