Clark Hill PLC's Detroit office is seeking an associate attorney with at least two years of experience for its Labor & Employment Practice Group. All candidates must have experience working on a broad range of employment issues including discrimination and harassment disputes in state or federal court, as well as before the EEOC. Qualified candidates should have strong employment litigation skills, including experience preparing for trial or arbitration; drafting, responding to, and arguing dispositive motions; and taking and defending depositions. Successful candidates must also have experience interacting with clients directly on employment counseling matters. Candidates are expected to have a solid work ethic, an ability to multi-task, and must possess strong interpersonal skills.
