Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our preeminent Trusts & Estates Group in the New York office. Excellent academic credentials, work references and a New York State bar license are required. Candidates would ideally have experience counseling individuals, families, companies, wealth advisors and nonprofits on pre and post mortem tax and estate planning issues including domestic and international estate planning, business succession and charitable planning, probate, estate and trust administration and fiduciary litigation. A masters in tax is a plus.
