The Seattle office seeks a mid-level/senior associate for our expanding real estate practice. Qualifications include a minimum of five years real estate law experience including commercial real estate transactions, purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases and financing arrangements. Experience representing commercial banks and institutional lenders a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills are required.
