The Seattle office of Lane Powell seeks a corporate associate with a minimum of five years experience to join its Startups and Emerging Companies practice group.

Candidates must have experience advising startup companies and in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate and commercial law. The position will include mentoring and supervising junior corporate associates. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
