We have a need for a Project Finance Associate to assist clients in all aspects of the development, construction, financing, restructuring, and purchase and sale of infrastructure projects around the world. The associate can reside in our San Francisco or Los Angeles office.

• The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years of experience in matters relating to representing developers, sponsors, and/or banks and other institutional lenders in M+A transactions, secured and unsecured loans, tax equity transactions and/or project contracts.
• Candidates must be team players with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills: ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is key.
• Strong academic credentials in law school coursework are essential.
• Experience in project finance transactions and/or renewable energy is desirable but not required.
