We have an urgent need for a Products Liability Litigation Associate in the San Diego office.

• The ideal candidate will be high performer with 2 - 4 years of experience in the following areas:
  • Consumer class actions
  • Multidistrict litigation
• Strong case management skills and experience coordinating matters in several jurisdictions through all phases of litigation, including pleadings and motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. MDL or equivalent state coordinated proceedings experience a plus.
• Strong academic track record an experience litigating in both California and federal courts.
• Outstanding research and analytical skills are imperative.
• Excellent communication skills are key: ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• A strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters will add to your success on our team.
• Bar Admission in California is preferred.
