We have a need for a Patent Prosecution Associate or Agent in the Palo Alto Office, San Diego Office, or San Francisco Office.

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 years of experience in the following areas:

Preparation and prosecution of patent applications

IP strategy and portfolio management

Strong scientific background, preferably at the graduate level, in chemistry or the life sciences

Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
