We have an urgent need for a Emerging Company/Venture Capital Corporate Associate in the San Francisco Office.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 6 years of experience in the following areas:

advising private companies on complex corporate law matters

general corporate representation of start-ups, emerging growth enterprises, and venture capital funds

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key: ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form to your team and clients.

A strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters will add to your success on our team.

Strong academic credentials in law coursework at a top-tier law school are highly valued.
