working with emerging technologies and compliance, guiding clients down
complex regulatory paths.

The practice focuses on healthcare regulatory matters, information
technology and data privacy and security compliance work. This means
drafting and negotiating contracts, reading regulations, working with
clients to help them understand compliance obligations, seeking guidance
from regulators and writing memos.

This is a full time position with a starting salary between $65,000
and $105,000 depending on qualifications and relevant work experience
with additional bonuses and compensation for producing an exceptional
work product, client satisfaction and meeting the hourly billing goals.

Requirements:

• Passion for the law
• Understand tenants of good contract drafting
• Hard working
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex legal principles
• Ability to navigate technology
• The utmost attention to detail
• Currently licensed in Florida
• Able and willing to work daily in the Tampa office

Preferable:

• 1+ years of legal experience
• Experience with drafting contracts
• Experience with analyzing and applying regulations to legal fact patterns
• Experience interpreting healthcare regulations (including the
  Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid, and
  relevant state statutes)
• Background in information technology ( g. , a degree in computing)
