Litigation Associate with 1 – 3 years of experience focusing on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation. Experience with advising companies regarding corporate governance and fiduciary duties is beneficial, but not required. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
