Qualified candidate will have very strong document drafting, negotiating and interpersonal skills, and must have experience in corporate and securities transactions, international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, finance or investment management & fund formation. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, detail-oriented, outgoing, highly motivated Business Law Associate who is an effective communicator, seeks significant client contact and challenging legal assignments, and is willing to work hard. Prior non-legal, financial experience preferred. Top academics and experience required.
