Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an attorney with three or more years of experience to join the Business Law Department in our Milwaukee office as a special counsel. This is a full time, non-partner track position supporting our Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. Qualified candidate must have experience practicing in all areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, and related issues pertaining to implementing and maintaining retirement and welfare plans. In addition, candidate will have experience assisting employers with matters related to health and welfare benefits plans, including issues related to HIPAA privacy and portability rules, and the application of the new health care reform laws. To be considered, a candidate must have top academics and very strong writing, drafting, organizational, and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated attorney who is willing to work hard and support the strategic goals of our Business Law Department.
