Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with three to six years of experience to join the Business Law Department, Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice Group in our Miami office. Qualified candidate will have very strong document drafting, negotiating and interpersonal skills, and must have experience in corporate transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, finance or investment management and fund formation. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, detail-oriented, outgoing, highly motivated Business Law Associate who is an effective communicator, seeks significant client contact, and is willing to work hard. Large law firm experience preferred. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must have excellent academic credentials, hold a JD from a top-tier ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice.
