Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Tax Associate, with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, to work in our Washington, DC office as part of our renewable energy project finance team. Our ideal candidate will have experience working on tax credit transactions with a focus on tax equity renewable energy transactions. Knowledge of partnership and leasing structures is preferred. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic and highly motivated Tax Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Strong academic credentials, writing and communication skills required. Large law firm experience is preferred, but not required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school.
