Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an attorney with seven (7) or more years of in-depth retail and industrial leasing experience representing tenants and landlords to join the Business Law Department in our Chicago office or San Francisco office as a staff attorney. This is a full time, non-partner track position supporting our Real Estate Practice Group. In addition, a qualified candidate should have experience in all aspects of due diligence review and analysis including reviewing/analyzing title issues and title documents, including, without limitation, covenants, conditions and restrictions, easement agreements and other restricted use documents. In this role, the attorney will work closely with other leasing team members and partners from offices across the country. To be truly qualified, each candidate will have strong technology skills.
