The Orlando office of Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Real Estate attorney with 4-6 years of Florida real estate law experience to join our Business Law Department, Real Estate Practice Group. Qualified candidate will have very strong document drafting and negotiating skills and real estate experience, including, but not limited to, negotiating, preparing and revising restrictive covenants, subordination agreements, loan agreements, loan modifications, and a wide-range of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions, mortgage and asset-based financing, dispositions and development of real property, master planned communities, condominiums and other assets. Any hospitality experience will be an additional advantage. Candidate must know Florida Real Estate law. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated attorney who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Top academics and experience required.
