Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a mid-level Associate with 3-4 years of litigation experience to join the Litigation Department in our Miami office. Our ideal candidate will have substantial experience conducting complex discovery, drafting complex motions and briefs, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, and assisting in trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Experience appearing for status conferences, arguing discovery motions and arguing dispositive motions preferred. Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations required. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated lawyer, who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly-competitive and complex environments and seeks significant client contact, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Litigation Department. AmLaw 100 experience preferred. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a J.D. from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
