Our Antitrust and Competition Practice is interested in discussing possible mid-level associate positions in Palo Alto with lawyers who have two to four years post-JD experience. Our global competition practice encompasses merger clearance, cartel investigations, private and government litigation and compliance counseling. Although likely to touch on all of those areas, the primary focus of this position will be cartel investigations, follow-on litigation and white collar criminal defense.
