DLA Piper is seeking a mid - senior level attorney to work in its Intellectual Property and Technology – Trademark, Copyright & Media Group. We are looking for candidates with 5 - 10 years of law firm experience in the areas of domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement; researching relevant case law; trademark portfolio management; trademark clearance searching; due diligence; and trademark and copyright licensing. Applicants must have strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools and must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
