DLA Piper is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate Group in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: securities, mergers and acquisitions, formation and general corporate representation of growth companies and/or venture capital/private equity transactions. We prefer candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.
