The Florham Park NJ office of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is in search of a second to fifth year
lateral associate to work in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group.
A substantive background in the legal issues pertaining to provider health care organizations such as
the Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and other regulatory compliance, as well as
significant transactional experience involving health care organizations, are required. The successful
candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics from a top law school, the
capacity to manage multiple assignments concurrently, and the ability to produce top quality work
with minimal supervision. Prior law firm experience in a health care practice is preferred.
