The Health Care Practice Group seeks to hire, on an as needed, contractual basis, a health care
attorney with at least 5 years of experience to reside in the Chicago office. We are seeking
candidates with significant transactional experience involving health care organizations and heavy
drafting skills. Candidates should also have a background in the legal issues pertaining to provider
health care organizations such as the Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and other
regulatory compliance. Illinois bar admission is required. Prior law firm experience in a health care
practice is preferred.
