The Health Care Practice Group seeks to hire a 4th to 7th year associate to work in the Chicago
office. Significant transactional experience involving health care organizations and a substantive
background in the legal issues pertaining to provider health care organizations such as the Stark
Law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and health care regulatory compliance is required.
Prior law firm experience in a health care practice is preferred.
