The Corporate & Securities Practice Group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is in search of
associates with at least 2, and up to 4 years of experience in corporate law. Candidates could
be resident in the Philadelphia, Chicago, New York, Florham Park or Princeton offices of the
firm.
We are seeking candidates with a solid background in corporate law and specific expertise in
mergers & acquisitions, financing and securities matters. Additional position requirements
include superior law school academics from a top law school, excellent writing skills, and the
ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision.
