Duane Morris LLP, an international law firm with 700+ attorneys, seeks a litigation associate to join its Lake Tahoe office. The attorneys in the Lake Tahoe office represent many major resorts and hotels in the defense of personal injury and labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in litigation and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in defense of personal injury matters, preferably serious and catastrophic injury matters, is helpful. Trial, courtroom and deposition experience is a plus. Stellar academics along with California bar admission is required.
