The Portland office of Perkins Coie is seeking a Mid-level Land Use associate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join one of the premier Real Estate/Land Use practices in the Northwest. Our Land Use team focuses on land use and related project development entitlements for the full spectrum of real estate development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial environment and work closely with experienced practitioners on a national level. Required for consideration are law school graduation with excellent law school performance, a strong educational background, and excellent references. Significant writing experience demonstrated by law review or journal experience and superior interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate an attention to detail, strong work ethic, commitment to client service, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
