Candidates must have excellent academic credentials with an electrical engineering or computer science degree preferred and at least four years of experience litigating all aspects of patent disputes from pre-suit investigation to trial and appeal. Practical work experience in the field of technical expertise and admission to the CA bar are also preferred.
