The Chicago office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its expanding Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling complex technology transactions such as licensing, cloud services and outsourcing, internet and e-commerce transactions, and related intellectual property issues in connection with joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Candidates with experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm, excellent academic credentials and bar admission in Illinois are preferred
