The associate hired for this position will be part of a sophisticated litigation practice and work in a dynamic and team-oriented atmosphere while enjoying the benefits and resources of an international law firm. The associate will work side by side with partners on commercial litigation matters across a variety of areas. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, managing discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, and drafting pleading and motions papers.
