The associate hired for this position will be part of a sophisticated insurance practice and work in a dynamic and team-oriented atmosphere while enjoying the benefits and resources of an international law firm. The associate will work side by side with partners on insurance coverage and professional liability matters. The associate will assist with the following tasks including, but not limited to managing discovery, drafting briefs and motions papers, trial preparation, and post-trial motions and resolution.

Technical Skills

3-5 years legal experience, particularly with insurance coverage and professional liability

Some trial or arbitration experience preferred

Other Requirements

Must be admitted to a state bar and/or eligible for the District of Columbia bar
