The Baltimore office of McGuireWoods seeks a staff attorney with 3+ years’ experience in commercial litigation for a position involving mortgage-related disputes. Qualified candidates will have significant experience arguing before Maryland state and federal courts. MD bar is required and VA bar is preferred but not required. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, be well-organized (responsible for handling a large volume of cases) and have good negotiation skills.
