Kaye Scholer is seeking a midlevel associate its Silicon Valley office’s fast-growing Corporate Department. Work will include mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, technology transactions and general corporate representation. We act as outside counsel to leading technology companies and next-generation emerging growth companies. This is an opportunity to work directly with founders and the venture capitalists that finance them, attend board meetings and negotiate cutting-edge technology transactions. Quantitative undergraduate degrees are a plus, but not a necessity. This position is ideal for self-starters interested in growth opportunities.
