Winston & Strawn has one of the largest e-discovery practices in the United States, which includes providing a full array of e-discovery services to our case teams and clients behind our own firewall. We are seeking to expand our group through the addition of two full-time e-discovery attorneys. These are non-partner track positions. The attorneys will report to the leadership of our eDiscovery & information governance group. The positions will entail working with our e-discovery technical staff, case teams, and clients on a wide array of issues relating to the EDRM, including: (i) developing and implementing preservation plans; (ii) developing e-discovery plans; (iii) assisting in relevancy scoping; (iv) providing analytical advice to include search terms, clustering and concepting; (v) using advanced analytical tools, including predictive coding; and (vi) coordinating and supervising reviews. Experience and skills in information governance/records management are a plus.

All Chicago candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar, New York candidates to the New York Bar, and Washington, D.C. candidates to the DC Bar.
