Winston & Strawn LLP is seeking an associate with three to five years of intellectual property litigation experience to join our Los Angeles office. In particular, desirable candidates will have prior ANDA/BPCIA litigation experience, as well as a background in molecular biology, organic chemistry, or a comparable degree. All candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.
