Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience handling bankruptcy and creditor's rights litigation as well as general commercial litigation. Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as significant federal and state court experience, are required. Federal clerkship experience is preferred but not a prerequisite. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
