Job Description:

Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C. office has an immediate opening for a real estate associate or senior counsel with 5+ years of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have immediate transferable skills and experience in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real estate. Eligibility for D.C. bar admission and a strong academic background are required. EOE. M/F/D/V.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of real estate transactional experience.

Experience in commercial real estate acquisition, sale, and financing, and negotiating and drafting lease agreements.
