Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Consumer Financial Services Litigation group. Candidate must have general experience managing cases, supervising/training junior associates, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, writing briefs and preparing and arguing motions, as well as specific experience representing lenders, banks, insurers and other financial industry clients in various consumer protection matters, including complex class actions and government inquiries.
