Candidates being considered must have significant mergers and acquisitions experience; private equity experience is a plus but not required. Candidates required to have strong drafting and negotiating skills. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent law firm employment history.
